Based on an agreement between the parties that contingent fee legal cases completed by a withdrawing partner would not be treated as partnership assets, the trial court did not err in allocating fees collected on the basis of the proportion of work done by the partnership prior to withdrawal and by the partner after his withdrawal. 2. The court did not err in recognizing the withdrawing partner's obligation to provide legal services in addition to negotiating a contract for an athlete client and apportioning the fee accordingly.
